it works 100% all you have to is follow tooths instructions on how to install, then apply reloaded 1.1 patch, then play the game, and apply the hardware and key code, and play.

found this for your sound issues

Go to the Control Panel, open the Sound properties, then change the bit/samplerate to anything below 24/48 - the game will refuse to launch with 24bit/96khz sound.
